When the owner sets the terms of the investment, Invown will provide tools and calculators to help guide you. Ultimately, however, the owner decides the terms offered to investors. Note that owners will compete against others for investor funding, and the better the terms are, the more likely it will be to be funded. Invown may also refuse a listing if the terms offered are not proportional to the investment sought.
