Every plan costs less than a typical portal. Run your own raise size and timeline in the savings calculator.

Estimates; payment processing is a pass-through on all Invown plans and investor-paid or bundled at most portals. Typical-portal basis is the success fee alone, per the platforms’ own SEC filings and published fee schedules as of September 2026: Wefunder 7.9% + $1,000/yr · StartEngine ~7.5% + 1% in securities + $10,000 setup · Republic 7% published + 1.5–2% of securities (its filed terms add a $5,000–$7,500 non-refundable onboarding fee). Beyond headline fees, four of the five largest platforms charge $5,000–$47,500 in one-time setup (some disclosed only in SEC filings), recurring charges run $1,000/yr to $2,000+/mo where charged, with Form C, legal and CPA pass-throughs typically adding $1,500–$10,000 and escrow fees bundled, ~$500–$1,500, or unpublished. Legal documentation included on Professional and Syndicator; priced on application on Starter.

Frequently asked questions.

Our pricing is designed to meet the needs of a range of issuers, no matter the project type. Read answers to common questions below or email us at info@invown.com.

We wanted issuers on our platform The platform fees outlined above cover everything you will need to raise money compliantly through Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) and Regulation D (506(b) and 506(c)) exemptions. If you do not already have an existing investor base, you will likely face other costs for advertising and marketing your raises.

The Commission fee is based on the total amount you raise. If, for example, you raise $1 million on our Professional Plan, you will pay a 4% fee of $40,000 at the close of your raise.

One of our legal responsibilities as a SEC-registered funding portal is to conduct a review or underwriting of every deal that goes live on our platform to ensure investor protection. For issuers that want feedback on their deal, we offer a Deal Review with one round of feedback on the offering materials in our Professional plan, and a more extensive Deal Consultation with unlimited rounds of feedback on our Syndicator plan.

If you are on a monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time provided you do not have an active raise on our platform. Note that if you cancel one of our paid plans within the first six months, we reserve the right to charge individually for legal and other documentation provided. These stipulations are outlined in detail in our Terms of Service.

Yes. We are registered to facilitate Tier 1 and Tier 2 Regulation A offerings (up to $20 million or up to $75 million in a 12-month period respectively) in addition to Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) and Regulation D (506(b) and 506(c)) offerings. Please book a time to chat with us if you are considering this raise type. The fees for this raise type are shared upon application.
No. It is free for investors to join the platform, view opportunities, conduct due diligence, communicate with issuers, and review offering materials. Investors pay no transaction fees when they invest through Invown.
