We just closed our angel round with a successful raise on Angel List and are looking to hire a hands-on executive to join our leadership team. We are on track to launch our marketplace this quarter.

The Opportunity

Join the ground floor of a startup transforming real estate investing and financing. Invown is democratizing access to capital and investment opportunities for non-accredited retail investors, beginner real estate owners, and homeowners. This position comes with a substantial equity grant.

The Position

We are looking for someone who can manage both the product and marketing side of the business. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO and a team of dedicated and talented software developers to implement the product vision and the marketing strategy.

Marketing

  • Developing marketing campaigns
  • Research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Promotional activities
  • Compiling financial and statistical information
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Maintaining the website and reviewing data analytics
  • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Monitoring performance
  • Managing campaigns on social media
  • SEO, SEM, and SMM
